Based on lived values and respect for other people I win over my partners. My analytic skills allow me to quickly understand new and complex circumstances and see the big picture. I achieve success with my optimism, always having in mind the responsibility for my partners and the business. I keep calm even in critical situations.

I am an Organizational Psychologist, Six Sigma Green Belt and Systemic Coach. In more than 20 years in international professional and leadership HR positions I have gained many different experiences around different organizations and individuals.

I’m a down-to-earth person, proud father of three kids, team and endurance athlete, enthusiastic reader of historic novels as well as adventure books. In addition I like to discover beautiful countrysides on our earth.
